Windsor NY Partnership The Windsor Partnership is a not-for-profit-organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of the greater Windsor community through economic development, historic preservation, educational initiatives, cultural enrichment, and recreational development, while protecting and promoting our natural resources.
